The Ipswich Cycling Weekend is organised and managed by Ipswich Borough Council, which has sole control over employees, timings, contractors, agents and management of the event.

Crafted Media Limited is the lead sponsor for the Ipswich Cycling Weekend and the Crafted Classique sportive, although it is not responsible for, or involved in, the organisation or management of either event. As such, Crafted Media Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage to property or persons as a result of participating in the Ipswich Cycling Weekend.  

By taking part in the Ipswich Cycling Weekend, either as a spectator or participant, you consent to take part in publicity for the event, which may mean that images taken at the event which you appear in are used in press and publicity material. Crafted Classique Tour of Britain free prize draw

Win VIP tickets to the Stage 7 finale of the Tour of Britain in Ipswich  

Don’t miss your chance to win a pair of VIP tickets to the finale of Stage 7 of the Tour of Britain in Ipswich on Saturday 12th September 2015. Simply sign-up for the Crafted Classique sportive online before 12 noon on 21st August 2015 to be entered into the free prize draw.*

Suffolk’s Year of Cycling and Adnams, principal partner for the Suffolk stage, are kindly offering a pair of VIP tickets to the finale of Stage 7 of the Tour of Britain in Ipswich, giving the winner and a friend access into the VIP area for prime viewing of the finish line, with lunch and drinks provided. A lucky runner-up will also receive a cycling jersey, kindly donated by Simpson magazine.

  • Two tickets into the VIP area at the Stage 7 finale of the Tour of Britain in Ipswich on Saturday 12th August 2015, with prime viewing of the finish line

Terms, conditions and official rules

  1. The Crafted Classique Competition is open to those aged over 18 (including those representing companies, organisations and cycling clubs), excluding Crafted, Ipswich Borough Council, Suffolk County Council and Adnams members of staff, as well as those that Crafted deems to be its competitor.
  2. Entrants can enter only once.
  3. The competition is open from 12.30pm 14th July until 12 noon 21st August 2015 Great Britain. All entries received after this time will not be counted.
  4. *To enter, entrants must either: sign-up for the Crafted Classique sportive online at www.ipswichcyclingweekend.co.uk/crafted-classique before 12 noon 21st August 2015 Great Britain; send their name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and postal address to Crafted, 6th Floor, St Vincent House, 1 Cutler Street, Ipswich, IP1 1UQ to arrive by first or second class post (charged at the normal rate) before 12 noon 21st August 2015 Great Britain; email [email protected] with their name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and postal address to Crafted, 6th Floor, St Vincent House, 1 Cutler Street, Ipswich, IP1 1UQ before 12 noon 21st August 2015. No purchase necessary.
  5. Online entry to the Crafted Classique costs £25 before 12 noon 21st August 2015 Great Britain, with British Cycling members receiving a 20% discount.
  6. All online entrants for the Crafted Classique sportive will automatically be entered into the free prize draw.
  7. The Crafted Classique Tour of Britain Competition is run and managed by Crafted Media Ltd, 6th Floor St Vincent House, 1 Cutler Street, Ipswich, IP1 1UQ. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.
  8. The winner and runner-up will be picked at random from all entries and will be notified in the week commencing 24th August 2015 by email or mail, with the winner also displayed on www.ipswichcyclingweekend.com
  9. By entering, you agree to take part in all publicity associated with the free prize draw. As such, you should obtain any necessary permissions before entering the free prize draw.
  10. The winner will receive a pair of VIP tickets to the finale of Stage 7 of the Tour of Britain in Ipswich on Saturday 12th  September 2015, giving them and a friend access into the VIP area for prime viewing of the finish line, with lunch and drinks provided. The runner-up will receive a jersey from Simpson magazine, which will be posted to the recipient. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  11. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Crafted Classique Tour of Britain Competition.
  12. The winner will collect their tickets from the VIP area at the finale of the Tour of Britain Stage 7 on Saturday 12th August 2015, with the winner and their guest’s names on a guest list.
  13. Personal details will be used for the purposes of this competition only. Your details will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

  15. The Crafted Classique sportive is a 55km, 100km or 100mile timed road event. It is part of the Ipswich Cycling Weekend and more details can be found on www.ipswichcyclingweekend.com
